Несмотря на то, что современные методики использования лазеров для удаления татуировки можно легко изучить, необходимо знать множество тонкостей, когда, где, почему и как лечить конкретного больного. Лазерным хирургам важно хорошо разбираться в физиологии кожи, а также знать физику каждого используемого лазера. Осложнения могут возникнуть даже в самых умелых руках, как и при выполнении любой медицинской или хирургической операции. Осложнения или побочные эффекты, возникающие при лазерном удалении татуировок, включают инфекции; струп; изменения пигментации кожи в виде гипопигментации или гиперпигментации, недостаточно полное удаление татуировки; неудовлетворительные результаты и рубцы.

В настоящее время не существует идеального метода удаления татуировки, также как и гарантии, что не возникнет никакого осложнения. Поскольку технология развивается, будущее остается за лазерным удалением татуировки. При использовании аблативных лазеров необходимо соблюдать осторожность из-за опасности возникновения рубцов, которые могут появиться после применения полностью аблативных традиционных СО2-лазеров.
Будущие направления
В современной технике использования лазеров наблюдается определенный прогресс. Физика лазеров остается той же, но научное усовершенствование продолжается. Владение лазерами с модуляцией добротности и создание чрезвычайно коротких, высокоэнергетических всплесков мощности для определенного пигмента татуировки служит основой для создания новых, более совершенных лазеров, таких как пикосекундные лазеры [48]. Пикосекундные лазеры были разработаны для передачи более короткого по продолжительности импульса с очень высокой энергией. Смысл заключается в том, что эти всплески энергии больше приблизились ко времени тепловой релаксации частиц, которые становятся мишенью [49]. Изучение применения у пациентов с разноцветными и тугоплавкими татуировками пикосекундных лазеров с длиной волны 755 нм , 750 – 900 нм при дозах от 2,0 до 2,8 Дж/см2 показало, что пикотехнология чрезвычайно эффективна для уменьшения пигмента татуировки уже после одной или двух процедур, в том числе и для трудноудалимых цветов синего, зеленого и фиолетового цвета. После процедуры не было замечено появления рубцов или неблагоприятных пигментных изменений [48].
По мере развития технологий и разработки новых лазеров будет улучшаться способность удаления татуировок. Кроме того, мы сможем более эффективно лечить гипопигментацию, возникающую в результате предшествующего удаления татуировки, болезни или других типов рубцов. Такой прогресс, как использование заполненного эрбием фракционированного лазера в сочетании с местным применением биматопроста, оказался эффективным в восстановлении пигментации гипопигментированных рубцов.
Заключение
Люди украшали себя татуировками в течение многих лет и, по всей вероятности, будут продолжать это делать и впредь. Будучи людьми, мы жалеем о некоторых принимаемых нами решениях. Именно для того, чтобы избавиться от таких ошибок, и продолжает развиваться лечение татуировок. Идеальное средство у нас по-прежнему отсутствует, но медицинские и научные сообщества продолжают активно работать над этой проблемой.
